The session will explore digital transformation, including the integration of tools for data, scheduling, and performance, as well as emerging innovations such as AI and digital modelling. Participants will share perspectives on market readiness, risk, and the practical adoption of technology, with a focus on aligning solutions to real industry needs and improving overall project outcomes.

This interactive roundtable workshop brings together owners, consultants, contractors, regulators, and industry representatives to discuss the evolving role of technology in project delivery. Through facilitated small-group discussions, participants will share experiences and practical insights while contributing to a collaborative conversation on the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of the construction industry.

Each table will have a facilitator and recorder to guide and support the dialogue. Discussion themes and key insights will be documented and consolidated into a white paper, which will be shared with attendees and BCCR members following the event.

    More info to come.

As always, BCCR creates space for open, practical dialogue across owners, contractors, and consultants—focused on what’s working, what’s challenging, and where we can improve how projects are delivered.
