Elisa Brandts MAIBC, OAA, MRAIC, Is the President and Managing Director of PBK Architects Inc. an architectural firm with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa and Timmins as well as associate office in Trinidad. PBK specializes in sports recreation and entertainment, transit and transportation fixed facilities and advanced technology projects including laboratories and post secondary research facilities. In 2007 PBK became a member of GENIVAR a large multi-disciplinary national engineering firm.

He is an engineer uniquely experienced in the development and implementation of turnkey and public-private partnerships (P3) in the field of transportation. Over the past 25 years, he has effectively facilitated and managed complex major infrastructure projects both locally and internationally. Currently, he is representing TransLink as its Implementation Manager for the $1 billion Golden Ears Bridge project in Langley, BC.
Peter Judd
Peter Judd works for the City of Vancouver Engineering Department as the Deputy City Engineer and is currently leading the City's work on the Olympic and Paralympic games. Peter has worked at the City since 1982 in a variety of roles including head of the Streets Division, Sewer and Water Division, Electrical and Equipment Division and director of the City's Transportation Plan project.

Alan D. Russell
Alan Russell is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, University of British Columbia, and is the holder of a Chair in Computer Integrated Design and Construction. His lecturing, research, and consulting interests focus on economic modeling and risk management for large engineering infrastructure projects with special emphasis on public-private partnerships (P3) and the design of integrated management systems for general building and civil engineering contractors. He has been a member of BCCR since its inception.
Dave Walker
David Walker is a Senior Principal with the Program and Project Management practice within Stantec. Over his 37 year career he has been involved with the management of many large and high profile projects in the high arctic, Ontario and BC. He is currently the Program Manager for Victoria's wastewater treatment program having just completed the recent expansion of Vancouver's Convention Centre. Other projects include The Millennium Line, BC Cancer Research Centre, the Robert O Pickard Environmental Centre and the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Program.
