Elisa Brandts MAIBC, OAA, MRAIC, Is the President and Managing Director of PBK Architects Inc. an architectural firm with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa and Timmins as well as associate office in Trinidad. PBK specializes in sports recreation and entertainment, transit and transportation fixed facilities and advanced technology projects including laboratories and post secondary research facilities. In 2007 PBK became a member of GENIVAR a large multi-disciplinary national engineering firm.

Over his 37 year career he has been involved with the management of many large and high profile projects in the high arctic, Ontario and BC. He is currently the Program Manager for Victoria's wastewater treatment program having just completed the recent expansion of Vancouver's Convention Centre. Other projects include The Millennium Line, BC Cancer Research Centre, the Robert O Pickard Environmental Centre and the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Program.
Roger Woodhead
Roger Woodhead is president of Woodhead Consultants Inc. The company provides project, quality and technical management services in both engineering and construction. Sample projects include the Hibernia Oil Production Platform in Newfoundland, LRT-2 in Kuala Lumpur, the Millennium Line and the Canada Line.
