Elisa Brandts MAIBC, OAA, MRAIC, Is the President and Managing Director of PBK Architects Inc. an architectural firm with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa and Timmins as well as associate office in Trinidad. PBK specializes in sports recreation and entertainment, transit and transportation fixed facilities and advanced technology projects including laboratories and post secondary research facilities. In 2007 PBK became a member of GENIVAR a large multi-disciplinary national engineering firm.

Beth Currie is the program head for the BCIT bachelor's degree in construction management.

William(Bill) D. Frost P.Eng MBA has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, starting as a field engineer on the EXPO 86 project and working his way up through a variety of executive positions in the local contracting community. Based out of Vancouver he is currently the General Manager in British Columbia for Graham Construction and Engineering Inc.

Geoffrey Glotman, a managing principal at Glotman-Simpson's, is a senior engineer with over 20 years of experience in structural engineering and business administration. Geoff has worked on many of British Columbia's largest projects including the One Wall Centre, the Bayshore Gardens, the Portside Marriott, the Pinnacle, Collingwood Village, and Vancouver House

Doug Hinton is Executive Vice President and Western Canada Division Manager for Hatch Mott MacDonald (HMM). Doug has led HMM to become one of Vancouver's leading consulting engineering firms serving the transportation and infrastructure market in several major design-build and public-private partnership projects. Doug has served eleven years as a BCCR Board Member and is currently CEBC's Designated Director.

Robin Johnston is a Principal in Collings Johnston Inc (CJI), a technical management consulting company. He is an engineer uniquely experienced in the development and implementation of turnkey and public-private partnerships (P3) in the field of transportation. Over the past 25 years, he has effectively facilitated and managed complex major infrastructure projects both locally and internationally. Currently, he is representing TransLink as its Implementation Manager for the $1 billion Golden Ears Bridge project in Langley, BC.

Peter Judd works for the City of Vancouver Engineering Department as the Deputy City Engineer and is currently leading the City's work on the Olympic and Paralympic games. Peter has worked at the City since 1982 in a variety of roles including head of the Streets Division, Sewer and Water Division, Electrical and Equipment Division and director of the City's Transportation Plan project.

Chris McCarthy is a professional engineer with SNC Lavalin, who specializes in Rapid Transit Systems and who more recently directed the design of the 16 stations for the Canada Line Project. With a career that has straddled both architectural and engineering professions he has a special interest in the management and organization of multi-disciplinary teams for complex projects.

Jim McLagan is a graduate of civil engineering from Napier University, Edinburgh, Scotland. In 1982 he joined Canron and since 1999 he managed the Vancouver and Portland operations. He is also Senior Vice President for the Supreme Group, the parent company of Canron and the largest privately held structural steel company in Canada with revenues in excess of $300M.

Jeff McLellan is a Vice President with BFL CANADA Insurance Services Inc. in Vancouver, BC. He has spent the last 12 years specializing in professional liability and construction insurance. In addition to managing BFL's Architects and Engineers' Division, Jeff is called upon regularly to advise Developer and Contractor clients on professional liability and general insurance matters. and is recognized as one of the leading brokers in his field.

Don Nishimura is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Scott Construction Ltd. and has over 28 years experience in the construction industry. One of Western Canada's leading construction companies, Scott Construction Ltd. provides integrated services in the industrial, commercial, institutional and residential sectors. Don also serves on the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Regional Construction Association as well as the British Columbia Construction Association.

Marina Pratchett is a partner in the law firm of Fasken Martineau. She has practiced in construction and engineering for more than 25 years, acting for public owners, developers and large contractors. She is also trained and acts as an arbitrator and mediator.

Alan Russell is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, University of British Columbia, and is the holder of a Chair in Computer Integrated Design and Construction. His lecturing, research, and consulting interests focus on economic modeling and risk management for large engineering infrastructure projects with special emphasis on public-private partnerships (P3) and the design of integrated management systems for general building and civil engineering contractors. He has been a member of BCCR since its inception.

David Walker is a Senior Principal with the Program and Project Management practice within Stantec. Over his 37 year career he has been involved with the management of many large and high profile projects in the high arctic, Ontario and BC. He is currently the Program Manager for Victoria's wastewater treatment program having just completed the recent expansion of Vancouver's Convention Centre. Other projects include The Millennium Line, BC Cancer Research Centre, the Robert O Pickard Environmental Centre and the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Program.

Roger Woodhead is president of Woodhead Consultants Inc. The company provides project, quality and technical management services in both engineering and construction. Sample projects include the Hibernia Oil Production Platform in Newfoundland, LRT-2 in Kuala Lumpur, the Millennium Line and the Canada Line. Roger has been on the executive since 1996 and Treasurer since 1998.
